Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. on Tuesday reported a boost to its fourth-quarter revenue and profit, though results missed analysts’ expectations. Shares fell 4.5% in after-hours trading.

New Relic Inc. reported fiscal third-quarter revenue and per-share earnings that beat what analysts were expecting. The software solutions company said it is attracting new customers at a rapid pace. Shares rose 15% in after-hours trading.

Enphase Energy Inc. reported higher fourth-quarter revenue and guided for continued momentum in the first quarter. Shares increased 7.6% in after-hours trading.
