Ice forming on above ground power structures tends to cause downed power lines, a warning CPS Energy put out late Tuesday night on Twitter. MySA reached out to CPS Energy for comment. The city-owned utility is advising customers not to approach any downed power lines and to call CPS Energy at 210-353-4357 to report a downed line or outage.
