Participation is strictly limited to 90 senior executives.  All sessions are "off the record" in order to facilitate an open dialogue.  The Roundtable registration fee is $750 ($950 after March 15); the non-profit and academic fee is $450.00.  This fee includes all Roundtable proceedings and documentation but not travel or hotel costs.  Please print out the below Registration Form and return this to us by fax (1-303-534-2501).  Even if you are unable to attend, kindly email us if you wish to remain on our Invitation List.


We have reserved a block of rooms at the Aspen Meadows hotel; the rate is $289; which includes all meals and refreshment breaks.  Please note: If you are not staying at the hotel, a $100 per day meal charge will apply.  Rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis.  Please register before making any travel or hotel reservations.  Cancellations: Prior to March 25, a $250 charge applies; after March 25: substitutions only.
